First off, I just wanna thank Rich(RZTperformance.com) and his crew for a job well done. I picked up my TT from him yesterday and I now have a HUGE smile on my face. We installed a few items and it all turned out fantastic. Here's my list: - Precision Industries upgraded torque converter w/ higher rpm stall - changed engine & tranny oils - RZT fuel setup: high perf filter, regulator, hoses, fittings, etc. - FJO wideband O2 kit w/ datalogging - Defi w/ playback gauges: boost, fuel pressure, oil pressure, 60mm tach (next to boost gauge) - timing tweak: advanced to 19 - replace HKS intake filter - J-spec brake lights Oh, did I mention I have a *HUGE* smile on my face. Rich and I took it out to the street yesterday afternoon and started fine tuning the AFC w/ the wideband O2. FUN, FUN, FUN! Turns out with no changes, we were super rich between 4000-5000 and above 6000. So we started making adjustments to flatten out the curve for mid 11's A/F ratio w/ 93 octance. Next Saturday, we'll hit the strip and play with 112 octane race gas. Oh, my smile came from the PI torque converter. With the Defi gauge peak hold and playback, we discovered that with street tires and just left foot brakes, we can powerbrake launch at only 2800 rpms with 3 lbs boost. But if we add the e-brake handle, we can powerbrake all the way to about 3400 rpms and 13 (friggin) lbs boost. Hello NICE 60'!!! I'm now hoping my BFG drag radials will hook. We'll see next weekend. Sorry, no pictures yet.
